First Homegrown Cruise Ship Goes Floating In Shanghai

China's first homegrown cruise ship H1508 conducted a floating on Dec. 17 in the shipyard at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, a huge milestone step in the vessel's construction before its delivery in Sep. 2023. H1508, a 135,500-metric-ton Vista-class vessel, with a total length of 323.6 meters and a width of 37.2 meters. It can accommodate a maximum passenger capacity of 5,246 passengers and a total of 2,125 pax cabins.

1800TEU CONTAINER SHIP (CHB2002) WAS DELIVERED SMOOTHLY

The 1800TEU container ship is built by Changhong International for Malaysian shipowner MTT Shipping, with a total length of 172 meters, a width of 28.4 meters, and a depth of 14.2 meters. It has five cargo holds and is classified into DNV classification Society. In terms of design, it fully meets the current trend of energy conservation and emission reduction, and can effectively reduce fuel consumption and improve speed.

H1508,a large cruise ship has a total tonnage of about 135,500 tons, length 323.6 meters, profile width 37.2 meters. It can accommodate up to 5,246 passengers and there are 2,125 guest rooms in it. It is owned by CSSC Carnival Cruise Shipping Co., Ltd, designed by CSSC-Fincantieri Cruise Industry Development Ltd, registered into LR and CCS. It is scheduled for delivery and operation in the second half of 2023. 　　H1508大型邮轮总吨位约13.55万吨，全长323.6米，剖面宽37.2米。它最多可容纳5,246名乘客，有2,125间客房。由中船嘉年华邮轮有限公司所有，由中船芬坎蒂里邮轮工业发展有限公司设计，在英国LR和CCS注册。该邮轮计划于2023年下半年交付和运营。

工程部2021年年中总结会议

Mid-year summary meeting of 2021 of Engineering Dept. was held on July 31st, 2021 by manager Guyonghua. The meeting adopted mode of Internet +. Relevant persons from engineering department, technical department and purchasing department gathered together, and the project supervision and quality inspection department took part in the conference through teleconference. At the meeting, staff from supervision department, technical department and purchasing department talked and discussed  the completion of the project in the first half of the year,  and analyzed the completion of the project.     Last agenda of the meeting, Guyonghua made a conclusion.  He pointed out that in view of the current severe epidemic prevention and control situation, the supervision mechanism  should be strengthened. On the basis of temperature measurement, tour code and masks,special attention should be paid, no blind spots are allowed.
