1800TEU CONTAINER SHIP (CHB2002) WAS DELIVERED SMOOTHLY

On November 23, 2021, the 1800TEU container ship (CHB2002) built by Zhoushan Changhong International Was officially delivered.

The 1800TEU container ship is built by Changhong International for Malaysian shipowner MTT Shipping, with a total length of 172 meters, a width of 28.4 meters, and a depth of 14.2 meters. It has five cargo holds and is classified into DNV classification Society. In terms of design, it fully meets the current trend of energy conservation and emission reduction, and can effectively reduce fuel consumption and improve speed.

Although we have the construction experience of 1800TEU-CHB2001, there are still many construction problems on site. With the increasing requirements of owners, the construction technology of CHB2002 has increased impractically. In order to meet the requirements of the shipowner and ensure the smooth delivery of 1800TEU (CHB2002), the site of Nantong Haijing Ship Decoration Co., Ltd. and the designers have worked hard for several months to overcome numerous difficulties on siteand actively communicate and cooperate with the shipyard owner. Finally, with the high quality, high technology of the interior, the ship was smooth delivered and won the ower’s and shipyard’s consistent praise and recognition.
